It's about an hour south of Redwood City and an hour and a half south of San Francisco.
From SFO: 1.5 hours
From SJC: 1 hour
From OAK: 1.75 hours
Please do not follow Google Maps or Apple Maps directions that take you to Summit Road and then Highland Way. Highland Way is a very remote, winding road that is one lane in many places. Currently, Highland Road is in very bad shape after the rains and Google maps may not be aware of the deterioration. You will have a much better experience by following our directions. You do not save any time taking Highland Way because of the road conditions.
From San Francisco, East Bay or San Jose:
Take Hwy 17 to Santa Cruz.
Head south on Highway 1.
Take the Freedom Boulevard exit and go left over the freeway.
After 5 miles, you will come to a stop sign where you will make a left on Corralitos Road.
Follow Corralitos Road for 2 miles.
At the four-way stop sign the road becomes Eureka Canyon.
Go straight and continue for 6.7 miles.
Pema Osel Ling is on the left side, with a big blue and gold sign posted at the entrance.
For guests visiting from the South Bay: Google Maps might direct you to take Summit Road to Highland Way. Please be advised that this way is very remote, windy and one land in many areas. You will not save any time by taking this route.
From Monterey:
Head north on Highway 1.
Take the Airport Boulevard Exit.
At the junction with Freedom Boulevard, make a left and follow it for a couple of miles.
At the stop sign, make a right onto Corralitos Road.
Follow Corralitos Road for 2 miles.
At the four-way stop sign the road becomes Eureka Canyon.
Go straight and continue for 6.7 miles.

From Los Angeles:
Take I-5 North approximately 270 miles
Exit Highway 152 towards Gilroy, Hollister, San Jose for 29 miles
Slight left onto CA 156 for 21 miles
Slight right onto Co Rd G11/San Juan Rd (signs for Aromas/Watsonville) for 9 miles
Turn Right onto Porter Drive for 420 feet
Continue onto Main Street for 0.9 miles
Turn Right onto Freedom Blvd for 2.2 miles
Slight right to stay on Freedom Blvd. 2.2 miles
Turn Right onto Corralitos Rd for 1.8 miles
Continue onto Eureka Canyon Road for 6.5 miles

There is parking onsite at the venue. If you plan on exploring the area, or want more control over your time, we recommend renting a car or bringing your own.
Pema Osel Ling is remote. You might not be able to call an Uber from Pema Osel Ling. Have a plan for getting home if you decide to use ride-share to get to the venue.
On Saturday, the day of the ceremony, there will be a shuttle between the Seacliff Inn and the Venue.
To the venue: 1 shuttle at 10 am, 2 shuttles at 2 pm
From the venue: 1 shuttle at 9 pm, 2 shuttles at 11 pm
