6:00 PM: Rehearsal Dinner (Invitation Only)
>> If you are staying onsite, you are invited to the rehearsal dinner! It's more of an opportunity to get you guys fed than it is a formal rehearsal. The rehearsal for the wedding party will be held before 6.
7:30 PM: Fire Pit (Open to everyone!, BYOB)
** If you are staying offsite and don't want to drive up to the venue Friday night, there are some people gathering for dinner around 5-8 at Parish Publick House in Aptos! **

8:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Leisurely Morning, for those onsite and off
Enjoy a relaxed morning. Groomsmen are making breakfast and we will have fixings for a light lunch (think sandwiches). The houses are fully equipped with fridges, stoves, ovens, microwaves, and dishes. Cabin folk are welcome to use these, too. We’ll provide basics like cereal, eggs, and bagels, and you’re welcome to bring any additional snacks or food you’d like.
Morning activities include:
A workout by Diana!
Lawn games
Pool party
Exploring the grounds
Come join whenever you want! If you're staying offsite and want a more substantial lunch and/or something different, you're welcome to bring food!
1:30–2:00 PM: Time to Get Ready
We’ll begin getting ready for the celebration. Guests staying offsite who join us for morning activities will have space available onsite to get ready.
4:00 PM: Cocktail Hour & Appetizers
Please start arriving by 3:45
5:00 PM: Ceremony
Dinner and reception immediately after.
10:00 PM: Outdoor Sound Cutoff
We’ll transition to the firepit and indoors to keep the celebration going.
Transportation
There will be x2 shuttles on Saturday only. These shuttles will have staggered leaving times to give guests flexibility. We do not have space for everyone to take the last bus.
The shuttles will pick up from and drop off at the Seacliff Inn. You do not have to stay at the Inn to take the shuttle.
They'll depart Seacliff Inn for the wedding venue around 10am and 2 pm. They'll depart the wedding venute for Seacliff Inn around 9 pm and 11 pm.
There is free parking available on-site. The venue is at the top of a two-lane mountain road. Please drive responsibly.

Please read carefully. These are very important. If you break any of the rules, you will be responsible for the damage and/or security deposit and may be asked to leave. We are very serious about this. No exceptions.
Pema Osel Ling is a Buddhist retreat center. We must be respectful of that. As such:
There is no smoking on the property. This includes vapes and marijuana. You must leave the property if you wish to smoke.
Do not kill any living creatures. This includes bugs – even mosquitos. Insect repellant is permitted.
Remove shoes when entering the houses and shrines. House slippers are ok.
Drug use other than that which is medically-prescribed is prohibited.
